Nasi Biriyani Blend With Local Flavours
Being born in South India, Suresh always had a die-hard love for Biriyani and home cooked food. Customers are hooked to the quality-assurance standard set by Suresh as he only uses fresh and home ground masalas prepared by both him and Uma. They do not compromise on the quality of the raw materials used in preparation of the dishes.
The key speciality of Suresh’s Biriyani is using ‘Seeraga Samba rice’, a traditional rice of Tamilnadu. It contains selenium, which helps to prevent cancer and strengthen heart functions while lowering cholesterol and rich in fibre. The rice produces a strong scent and consider an expensive and premium rice in Southern India.
